Ran shifted ok during test drive at trade-in time. Check engine light ON. Airbag light ON.

· Because sellers can no longer disclose a bad buyer’s behavior in feedback-(all positive buyer feedback means little since that is all you can get anymore), we will now judge the bidder/buyer by the feedback they have left for others. This is the only way we have left to see a buyer’s ‘behavior’ during a transaction. We reserve the right to block any bidder whose feedback left for others shows poor buyer behavior.

*When they are traded in a used car manager-NOT a technician- evaluates it for a trade in value. This is done by a brief walk-around, a brief drive around the block and book values such as (but not limited to) Kelly Blue Book.
*The vehicles we list on ebay are WHOLESALE- they are the trade-ins that do NOT meet our criteria for retail sale off our lot due to one or more of the following: age, mileage, physical defect, mechanical defect.
*If there are service lights on- we don’t know why-we do NOT investigate why.
*We do not know whether they will pass inspection/emission or not or what, if anything they might need to do so…because we do NOT check them out. The inspection/emission sticker(s) on them are what was on when traded in…We do NOT inspect them!
*Mileage may vary a bit from what is in the listing because they may be driven after listed. *IF a vehicle is TMU(true mileage unknown) that means the TRUE MILEAGE IS UNKNOWN no matter what the odometer, title and/or listing say.

WE DISCLOSE EVERYTHING we know about these vehicles -If we say it ‘runs shifts fine’ then that is how it was performing at the time we took it in as a trade- then it is parked; BUT because we do not have them checked out, there MAY BE THINGS WRONG THAT WE DO NOT KNOW ABOUT!! We are NOT responsible for this and if you bid you are accepting the unknown surprises-be they good or bad in nature. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS THEN DO NOT BID!! I cannot make this any clearer!
If you decide to drive it home, you do so at your own discretion and risk.
We do not recommend jumping in a vehicle with an unknown history and taking off on a trip home. You may wish to consider towing/trailering. WE DO NOT get involved in the shipping aspect AT ALL- this is totally the responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended that you obtain a shipping estimate prior to bidding. It can be expensive.

We do NOT necessarily test all the button/knobs/functions. Power windows locks are tried from the driver door only. Sound systems are generally not even turned on. AC 4wd are usually turned on/engaged by the used car manager and mentioned if a problem was noticed.
Any inspection and/or emission stickers on it are what was on it when it was traded in- WE DO NOT INSPECT THESE!

The winning bidder will receive an email after the auction ends outlining a simple yet most effective purchase process. Please RSVP this email -with all requested info filled in- ASAP. BE VERY CLEAR- If deposit is NOT received within parameters- you are then in breach of contract we will NOT sit around wasting time- We are fully within our seller rights to withdraw the vehicle and offer it to another bidder who IS serious or relist. The deposit is VERY important to retain your buyer rights and hold the vehicle. We always file Unpaid Item Reports against non-payers.
Do NOT just pop in after winning an auction-you will be asked to come back after providing the info through the proper channels. We have sold many vehicles via ebay and this process is fast most efficient. It does not need to be a difficult thing. Bid,win,supply info schedule appt. Close deal on appt. day and go home. It’s THAT simple!
*Vehicles not processed and removed within the TWO WEEKS immediately following the auction’s end are subject to a $5 per day storage fee which is added to the Balance due and must be paid in full before released.
*Any vehicle still sitting here using space on the lot 4 weeks after the end of the auction will be considered abandoned and you lose both the buying rights to vehicle and the nonrefundable deposit. We do NOT have room to keep these vehicles on the premises-

There are other fees which are customary standard to auto sales…You pay ONLY what applies to you.
1) DOC FEE= ALL BUYERS: $80 out of state. $100 in state. No exceptions- even if you are a dealer.
2) Out-of-state buyers need a $10 temp transit tag (proof of insurance is needed) unless they are towing/trailering.
3) PA residents must pay:
· 6% sales tax (7% for Philadelphia Allegheny County),
· title fee=$22.50,
· notary fee=$15.00,
· $36 car plate fee or applicable fee for trucks based on GVW starting at $58.50
· online reg (messenger fee)= $20.00,
· $10 for plate issue or $6.00 for plate transfer.
(if you plan on transferring a plate please say so asap-I need other specific info and the total price will vary). If you are towing or trailering, please let me know.
4) $36 fee for overnighting paperwork(via DHL) for those persons wishing to send a shipper to pickup their vehicle. We will NOT send sensitive paperwork via USPS anymore.
*We will accept PayPal credit cards for deposits ONLY.
Deposits are $300 and are NONREFUNDABLE.
Balances are due at pickup and are CASH, CERTIFIED BANK FUNDS or POSTAL MONEY ORDERS ONLY
Title Information: Sometimes, Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original documents of up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive, but the loan is paid title is clear.
*You MUST have proper ID and insurance in order to drive a vehicle off the lot. If you are the winning bidder please contact your insurance company immediately to obtain coverage! The person whose name is to appear on the bill of sale must be listed on the insurance as well and we will need proof –ID card or Declaration page of the policy. The buyer’s name must appear on one of these documents. This is the law. This same person MUST be present at closing to sign documents of sale. You MUST have a valid PA driver’s license in order to register a vehicle in PA.
