We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes:
Buyers in the state of Illinois will pay sales tax based on a bridge between the local sales tax for their county of residence and our local Lake county tax,as well as a $150.00 documentation fee and license and title. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

If you want this car, be the first to bid. I have 14 salesmen on the same property that are trying to sell the same cars. DON’T wait until the end of the auction. At least meet the opening bid, and the car is no longer for sale at the dealership. We honor ALL Ebay auctions. Most of the auctions I post NEVER get to the end before someone comes on the lot and buys the car. Then I get e-mails from 10 people that WERE watching the auction asking “WHAT HAPPENED TO THE XXXXXXXXXX”?
