You are looking at a '84 wolfsburg edition volkswagen rabbit deisel with factory air and power steering. This car has 116,000 miles and odometer still works along with an accurate speedometer. It has a rebuilt engine with approximately 1,000 miles on it. It also has all new exhaust. Comes with an automatic transmission that shifts good. It will drive 65 to 70 mph down the freeway with no problems. The injection pump has been sealed for bio-deisel application. It has new injectors and new belts. Tires are brand new with only 250 miles on them. The paint is in good shape with a few blemishes, but is easy on the eyes. The driver seat has a small tear. The wing windows in the rear have been shut.
The car is missing the bracketry for the power steering and the a.c. pump. The brackets are different from the gas motor to the deisel motor. All the lines are there, they just need to be hooked up. You should be able to find the brackets off of a deisel jetta. The headliner has been removed. It has a cracked windshield but when the reserve is met I will replace the windshield. The steering wheel in the picture is no longer on the vehicle, it has the stock steering wheel in it now. The car has been lowered by the previous owner but rides nice. We install veggi-oil kits and for an extra $2,000 we can install a system in this vehicle. Fuel mileage average is between 38 and 42 mpg.
