Terms of Payment:National Auto Warehouse (NAW) requires a $300 deposit to be provided within 48 hours from the time and date the auction ends using PayPal or a major Credit Card. NAW requires full payment for this vehicle purchase to be provided within 7 days from the time and date the auction ends using the following payment methods: Cashier Check, Loan Check (only if Provider allows its use at a non-franchised dealership and the loan is PRE-APPROVED for this vehicle and for the specific amount of the purchase price), Money Order (not recommended), Certified Bank Check, Wire Transfer, or Cash (only for amounts less than $10,000). If you are a legal resident of Tennessee, NAW must also collect sale taxes based on the purchase price of this vehicle. NAW charges a $200 fee on all vehicles, which includes Title processing, listing fees, a 30 tag, and document preparation.
Terms of Contract:You (Purchaser) are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle, as described above, from NAW, if you do not intend to purchase this item, do not bid! If the deposit and payment are not received within the time periods specified above, NAW reserves the right to sell this vehicle to another customer. Vehicle Titles will be released upon receipt of cash or until payment is cleared through our bank; however, it may take up to 30 days to process the Title.
