Engine:
The car has 101,030 miles on the odometer and the engine and transmission are in very good running condition. This car drives like new and has full power! This car is equipped with a 5-speed automatic transmission with traction control and sport/winter modes! This car has a 2.3 Liter High Pressure Turbo fuel efficient yet powerful Dual Overhead Cam (DOHC) 5-cylinder motor that runs very good. Exterior:
The car is in great shape, this beautiful silver 2-door convertible is pretty clean. All you will find on this clean body is your typical wear including some bumper scuffs and a few light scratches which hide well due to the color. The C70 has one of the first stylish Volvo body stylings unlike any other previous model! With factory foglights and sleek styling, this car resembles other high end convertibles such as the Mercedes CLK series. The black power-soft top is in great shape and the rear glass window comes with defroster! The car comes with a very nice set of factory aluminum wheels in great shape with a set of tires with good tread all around. All the tail lights and headlights are in excellent working order and all the doors, hood, trunk, etc. operate perfectly as well!

Interior:
The vehicle is equipped with a charcoal grey leather power everything interior in very good shape! The seats are in good shape with your typically found light wear. The carpets and dashboard are in very good, clean shape! The only flaws are some fade wear on the seats and a couple of small rips in the trim by the back seat. The car is equipped with a factory Volvo AM/FM/Cassette/3-CD In Dash CD Changer Dolby Radio with the Dash-Mounted Center Speaker for excellent acoustics! The car comes with power door locks with keyless entry and has individually controlled all-4 power windows, a rare find in a convertible! Volvo's reputation for safety doesn't fall short with the C70, this car features pop-up roll over bars that engage in the event of the car sensing a rollover is coming, both the bars and the windshield frame can support the car upside down so passengers can exit safely in the event of a rollover. How do we transport?
Local Pickup is available. If necessary, we will deliver the car up to 20 miles, if shipping is required, we will try to find you the best deal between 3 well known shipping companies. Shipping prices vary by city and can include transport insurance so that your car is insured to get there as you bought it! We are not affiliated with the shipping companies nor do normal business with them, we will just call them for you and possibly save you a few dollars. If requested, we can arrange for a shipping company of your choice.
What are the terms?
All vehicles sold with Interstate Motorworks feature a mechanical inspection (all fluids are checked and replaced if needed to ensure a smooth and safe drive home), a car wash, 20 day temp tags (in state and out of state) to avoid expensive shipping costs if you plan on driving the car home are offered to our customers. Temp tags also give our customers 20 days to avoid rushing to the DMV to register your vehicle. All paperwork is prepared for you to make a smooth transfer of title at your local DMV. For these services, we charge a small fee of $150 which is a fraction of normal dealer fees. Temp tags are included at no additional cost at the buyers request.
Payment: A $400 deposit is due immediately (within 24 hours of the auction close) and the balance is to be paid in full and payment must clear prior to shipping. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash (in person when picking up), certified check, loan check, money order or bank wire transfer.
Shipping: If shipping is needed, we can provide a third party transport company at the buyers expense. We usually can provide the lowest shipping quote through one of our many preferred shipping companies. Shipping times are estimated, while usually quick, we make no express guarantee on transit time.
Pickup: Should the buyer decide to pick up the vehicle, we are more than happy to meet with the buyer and complete the transaction in person. Local airport pickup is available. Please refer to vehicle location above.
Right to inspection: All buyers have the right to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding on the auction. We strive to accurately describe the vehicle but we must remind you that you are buying a used vehicle, please inspect prior to bidding and adjust your bid accordingly. We have no problem picking up serious buyers from the airport to inspect a vehicle prior to the auction close. If the buyer decides to forfeit the right to available vehicle inspection prior to bidding, the vehicle is accepted in current condition, although we strive to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible.

These are there to differentiate the bad sellers from the good. We strive to describe vehicles as best as we can because we understand it is tough to buy a used car sight unseen. Keep in mind buying a used vehicle is NOT like buying a used iPod lets say because while an mp3 player is composed of about 100 unique components, a used car is composed of thousands of unique components, all of which wear with age. It is very difficult to describe a vehicle 100% and there may be a tiny scratch we did not mention. Our descriptions are composed of high resolution images and videos as well as a lengthy description that highlights the good and the notable bad about every car we sell. Please use a combination of all the media we provide to get an accurate picture of what kind of car you are buying. Please also see our rating scales which rate both the exterior and interior on a scale of 1-5.
Changes to vehicle condition: We shall not be held responsible for any minor changes to vehicle condition such as change in mileage, scratches, etc. Vehicles are moved or test driven during the auction course.
Warranty: There is no express or implied warranty provided by the seller, please keep in mind eBay is a discount marketplace, not a retail dealership. Third party extended warranty services are available at an additional cost.
Agency Relationship: SDIGITAL Internet Services is an Authorized eBay Trading Assistant. We are not the owner of the vehicle, we are selling agents for the owner. Original Factory Look There are little to no scratches on the exterior, flawless exterior, exceptional condition for cars age. Interior is perfect. Little to no cuts, scratches, blemishes, etc.
Excellent/Good Most common car condition for NYC area. Overall car condition is excellent/good. Car may have minor exterior scratches or parking scuffs or even minor dents or dings, however nothing operational is affected (ie: door does not creak when opening, hood operates properly, no scraping when turning.) Interior may have slight wear, including but not limited to slight fading, minor seat wear but no cuts, etc. Overall good condition however not perfect.
Good Interior/Straight Body Although car has no major accidents, there are possibly large dents or larger bumper damage, etc. Interior may have larger wear or imperfections, however, overall the car is in good condition with slightly more than normal wear.
Fair Condition Car is overall in OK condition. May have creaks in doors, large dents, possible missing parts such as accessories, mirror, chrome or paint damage. Interior may be dirty/uncleanable or missing parts.
Poor condition Structural damage to vehicle, overall bad condition. Interior may be damaged severely or missing major pieces.
