The successful bidder is required to send a $500 deposit within 3-Days (NON-REFUNDABLE. This deposit is used for restocking the vehicle, All Other Cost + time holding the vehicle), and full payment within 10 days of the close of the auction. I welcome any questions and any inspection before the end of auction. Once the auction is over, highest bidder is obligated to buy the item. Bidding at auctions is legally binding; please do not bid if you are not serious about buying this vehicle. I reserve the right to cancel any bids from bidders with negative feedbacks. I also reserve the right to end the auction early. Texas residents are responsible for sales tax, inventory tax, license fees, and documentary fee. Out of state buyers are only responsible for inventory tax and documentary fee ($95.00). Inventory tax is calculated by multiplying the sale price by 0.0030, ($ 3.00 for every $1000).
**TITLE INFORMATION**
Once full payment is received the buyer is required to provide the name and address to title the vehicle under as well as the any other documents needed to complete the transaction. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. Please allow 3-15 days for your title to be mailed once all payments and information have been received. We guarantee a clean title on all our vehicles.
We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Texas. Titles will be forwarded by Priority Mail with a conformation #. Thank you for your patience and understanding
Payments
Deposit Requirements: At auction's end we require a minimum deposit of $500.00(NON-REFUNDABLE. This deposit is used for restocking the vehicle and all Other Cost Fee + time holding the vehicle) deposit must arrive no later than 3 business days after the close of the auction. We accept the following forms of payment: Certified Bank Check, Money Orders, and Bank Wire Transfers. All Bank Checks and Money Orders are called in by MILLENNIUM MOTOR CARS to ensure Authenticity. This is done to help prevent FRAUD against consumers and Millennium Motor cars. Remaining Balance Payment: The remaining balance is to be paid in full via certified funds within 10-days of auction's end.
