FOR SALE 1998 V-70 waggon. car was purchaced in california then made its way this way. i bought in december 07. New timing belt, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, waterpump, 4 new bfgoodrich tires, headgasket, rebuilt head. all in the last 8 months. all parts bought at volvo dealer. i am selling because i have 4 cars now and this is the one to go. interior is clean for 146,558 some doorpannel damage due to last owner shuting seatbelt in door jam. i drove this car out of state in may and got 27mpg on the highway!!!
A/C is ice cold!!! Auto-climate control. needs pass side heat blend air motor. Works just fine just makes noise. Also when some one else did the Evaporator before i bought the car they had the dash out and broke the hold down tabs. so the dash rattles a bit. Also New left front inner tie-rod, and alignment.
Car does need heater core but it does not leak heavly. just a drop here and their that you can smell on start up only, through the vents. I have not even added coolant sence i put the head back on. I just drove for 300 mile trip in it before i took it off the road about a month ago with out any problems. Cruise works great,
I am a master certified Mercedes Benz tech, and I got this car for my wife and son, but i just got a new 08 xterra and dont need this Volvo anymore. It is a Great Car and will be verry reliable transportation where ever you have to go.
