When you arrive in Margate, FL to pick up your vehicle, and if it's not the way I described it in the auction, I will either correct any deficiency at no charge to the buyer or refund your payment and give you $200.00 for your time. Also, if you have the vehicle shipped to you and it is not the way I described it, I will refund your purchase price, plus $200.00 for your inconvenience. I want you to be confident in my description so that you can bid without worry.
If the buyer or the buyer’s representative is picking up the vehicle, the feedback must be entered at time of delivery. *Does not apply to immaterial or minor imperfections (such as the typical, tiny touched up chips/scratches/blemishes and other signs of normal wear that you would expect on used vehicles.), just the important aspects of the vehicle only. Any damages incurred during transportation and shipping are covered by the transporters or the customers insurance and are not applicable to my guarantee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to receive and to return vehicle to Margate, FL and the purchase price will be refunded when I receive the vehicle in the same condition as when delivered. Customer must contact me within 24 hours of receipt of vehicle.
You're viewing a, gorgeous, well maintained, rust free, one owner since new, 2000 VOLVO V70 XC AWD WAGON with only 117,060 original, AUTOCHECK certified miles.
As you can see from the photos, the paint is in excellent condition, and still shines like factory new, with no dings, no dents, no scratches, and only the normal very small imperfections that would be consistent with a vehicle this age. The interior is also in excellent condition, with no rips, no tears, in seats or carpets. The previous owner appears to have been a non smoker.
Everything works as it should in this Luxury wagon, including the ac and cruise. It runs and drives excellent, no fluid leaks or smoke, and tires that have about 85% tread remaining. We just serviced it (new oil and filter, safety check, etc), and it's ready for a long trip, or just driving around town.

When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is eight (8) years old will show more wear than one that is three (3) years old. ect, ect. Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on. All vehicle are available for inspection prior to bidding, and must be inspected before the auctions ends.
At Family Estate Sales Inc., we also guarantee that all vehicles have clean and lien free titles with NO salvage history and NO flood damage. We just never get involved in that type of vehicle, ever. Keep in mind that we are a dealer and due to legal paperwork, bank payoffs and dealer processing, some titles may take a few weeks to receive. Be assured that we will expedite this process to the best of our ability. In the event of a delay, we can provide a 30 day temporary tag. Please note that our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM.
If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. Check with your bank and find out if they fund your loan with a bank draft or other means as I do not accept Bank Drafts of any kind. If your bank only funds a car loan with a Bank Draft, please do not bid, as I only except cash, cashiers check, money order or bank wire transfer. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.
Before vehicle can be released for shipment, all sales and title related paperwork must be signed and returned, complete to the seller by mail or fax.
If buyer or buyers representative picks up vehicle, feedback must be left at time of
delivery.
Nothing fancy, although my auctions are 5 to 7 Days - some Reserve some No Reserve auctions, all I ask is that if you bid, that you are serious about bidding and are financially capable of completing the transaction within five (5) days of the close of the auction.

There is an additional Dealer Prep and handling fee of $169.00. This fee helps to defray the cost of processing, mailing, cleaning and other expenses that we incur during the close of the sale. By law, we must charge every customer in an equal manner, so please do not ask to be exempted from this policy. You will be required to register the vehicle in your home state at your own cost, including registration fees and inspection fees. Residents of Florida must include 6% sales tax plus discretionary sales surtax where applicable. If Family Estate Sales Inc., issues a 30 day temporary tag for non resident of Florida, we must collect sales tax if applicable in your home state, but not to exceed 6%.

If you choose to come and pick up the vehicle, I can make arrangements for pick up at a local airport (Ft Lauderdale only) and provide transportation license plate to get you back to your home state.
