Up for sale is a 2000 Volvo V70XC! This XC was a trade in at a local Volvo store. We sold this Volvo to the previous owner with 50K miles and have serviced it since. It is a "Fixer Upper" as I will describe its needs. I have been meaning to get around to fixing this car, but haven't had time. Here is the description:
The Body: The Pacific Blue exterior on this V70 is in good condition. There is no rust. Body has never had any collisions or major damage - Paint is original and looks good/ shines well, no major scratches or blems. Driver's door is dented on bottom and a bit above the moulding. With a wash and wax it would look great!
The Interior: The Saddle leather interior of this XC is decent. The driver's seat is a bit worn and cracked(shown). The previous owner smoked a pipe so there is some residual pipe odor. Steering wheel is dirty/ worn. The rest of the leather is in good shape showing no major tears, cracks, ect.
Mechanical: OK! heres the TLC part! Engine runs well, no smoke, ect(should do timing belt service soon). Transmission ran and shifted well. The problem is the angle gear(transfer case) was bad and needs to be replaced. Should be able to find a used one. Vehicle not currently driveable. Drive shaft is fairly new. Tires are decent.
