I expect a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 of the selling price within 48 hours

The balance must be paid in full within 7 days of the end of the auction. You may pay the balance of the purchase price in cash, with a Cashiers Check, a Bank Loan Check or a Bank Wire Transfer.
Failure to remit your deposit within the time allowed will result in your loss of the vehicle, and it will either be re-listed or sold to the next qualified buyer. We do not accept escrow payments.
All buyers must pay $295.00 (Dealer Fee). NEW YORK buyers must pay Sales Tax and Title transfer costs. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes and their own transfer.
Winning bids by unqualified bidders are viewed as auction interference and regrettably result in negative feedback and notification of eBay's Safeharbour Investigations Department. This unqualified bidders, deadbeat bidders will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. The winning bidder is the new owner of the vehicle and, just like the seller, contractually bound to complete the transaction.
